Payment Options

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across Pakistan. We currently do not ship internationally.

Bank Transfer (Prepayment): Select "Bank Transfer" at checkout, then send a screenshot of your payment to our WhatsApp or Instagram page within 12 hours of placing your order to confirm.

Note: Unverified bank transfers will automatically be processed as COD.

Payment Policy

• A 50% advance payment is required for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to confirm processing.
  
• For orders above PKR 10,000, full advance payment is required before shipment.

Delivery Time & Charges

• Processing time: 2 working day for packing and dispatch.
• Delivery time: 3–5 working days nationwide.
• Delivery charge: Flat PKR 200 to all cities.
• Free delivery on orders above PKR 6,000.

Delivery Guidelines

1. Do not open the parcel before accepting delivery. If anything seems off, message us on Instagram or WhatsApp — we respond quickly and will help resolve it.
   
2. Please be available to receive your parcel or arrange for someone to receive it on your behalf. Couriers deliver based on their route and cannot commit to specific time slots.
   
3. Please answer calls from unknown numbers while your order is in transit. If the rider cannot reach you, the parcel will be returned to us and re-shipping charges will apply.
   
4. Refused parcels: Customers who refuse delivery will not be eligible for future orders from our store.
   
5. Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, orders cannot be cancelled.
